ADULT WORLD Comes Home On DVD This June From IFC Films

Distributor IFC Films has announced that they will release Director Scott Coffey's film, ADULT WORLD, to DVD on June 10, 2014.

The film, a unique comedy about the realities of growing up, was an IFC Films theatrical release and an Official Selection at the 2013 Tribeca Film Festival.

Synopsis:
Fresh out of college, quirky but naive Amy (Emma Roberts, We're the Millers, American Horror Story) is convinced she's going to be a famous poet - she just needs someone to acknowledge her greatness. But being unemployed and saddled with debt, her prospects for literary fame look grim. At the behest of her parents, she takes a job at a local adult bookstore, Adult World, where she juggles her newfound retail responsibilities with pursuing a mentorship under a reclusive, crusty and alcoholic poet (John Cusack, Say Anything, Being John Malkovich). But as Amy tries to make her voice heard among a social circle of eccentrics, including Adult World's adorable young manager Alex (Evan Peters, X-Men: Days of Future Past), she discovers that a little humility may be just what she needs to achieve her success. Satirically funny and thoroughly if awkwardly sexy.
No special features have been announced, but the DVD is available for pre-order on Amazon now.
